What should I do if I become unable to use my Seven Bank cash card?
The cash card cannot be used, for example, if the magnetic stripe or IC cannot be read, if the card is damaged or if the user cannot remember the current PIN. Follow the procedure using one of the methods below.
(1) When the magnetic stripe or IC cannot be read, or when the card is damaged (Procedure to re-issue)
Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and have a new cash card reissued from the "Customer Service" menu.

(2)When the user cannot remember the current PIN (Procedure for issuance of temporary PIN)
Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and set a new cash card PIN from the "Customer Service" menu.
