What should I do if I have replaced the smartphone with which I am using the Smartphone Authentication Service, with a different model?
First of all, carrying out cancelation procedures is required. Please apply for the relevant document via the Direct Banking Service, or contact the Contact Center. If it is possible to use your previous smartphone model in a Wi-Fi environment, etc., you can approve cancellation of the service by opening the app that is already downloaded on your previous smartphone.
